How quickly are messages delivered?

Messages are delivered usually within 10 seconds, this is dependant on the operator networks the handset resides on.

How many messages can be sent in one session?

You can send as many messages as you wish, we usually put a limit on throughput to the carriers at 20mps, this is more a restrition within the mobile networks that on our own servers.

What differentiates your service?

Most providors may have a few routes which pricing is scaled on, we only use the most reliable routes which originate in the UK with interconnect fees paid. Our reporting on failures gives you the ability to keep very clean contact routes which saves sending messages when your customers have changed their mobile numbers.

Do you offer premium rate messages?

We do offer Premium Rate messages, the services we operate are more business focussed as a way of saving money for the client rather than generating an income. If you would like to discuss how we do this then please contact us.

Can I send messages outside of the UK?

We cover over 240 countries and 500 networks for mostly one flat message fee.

Do you deliver in the USA?

We do deliver in the USA, there are restrictions on how this is acheived. In short to deliver in the USA you need a common shortcode At this time you may only purchase a dedicated shortcode in the USA. The shortcodes are available in two categories (Random) or (Vanity). A Random shortcode is one which you do not get to choose the number it is allocated to you from a pool of numbers and a Vanity code is one where you can choose the number if it is available. We complete the whole process for you so that you can get up and running in the fastest possible time.
